Kite Pharma is seeking a Sr Director, Head of US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role leads a newly formed vertical within US Market Access, uniting payer, value marketing, launch planning, and ecosystem strategy to shape access for CAR T therapies.

The ideal candidate has an advanced scientific degree with 10+ years in pharma/biotech, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep market access knowledge. Hybrid work with three days on-site in CA/NJ offices is offered.

• Experience directing payer, value and access strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Payer, Value and Access Strategy organization and set priorities.
• Oversee integrated payer and external stakeholder value strategies.
• Ensure launch readiness and lifecycle planning across portfolio assets.
• Mentor Directors and develop talent across the team.
• Represent the team with senior leadership and external partners.
