Kite Pharma is seeking a Sr Director, Head of US Payer, Value, and Access Strategy to lead a newly formed vertical within US Market Access. This role oversees integrated portfolio-level strategy across payer and value marketing, launch planning, policy shaping, and ecosystem strategy for Kite’s cell therapy portfolio. Hybrid role in CA/NJ offices.

The leader will guide a team of Directors, align across internal functions, and ensure a clear, future-focused strategy for access and patient care.
