MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of US Patient Marketing to lead the patient marketing team. You will own the patient strategy, segmentation, journey mapping, and messaging, and translate insights into initiatives that advance engagement along the patient journey.

You will oversee patient launch readiness, measure impact, and optimize campaigns with a focus on DTC strategy, affordability, and hub services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD or MD) is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in U.S. patient marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Mansioni

• Lead the U.S. patient marketing strategy and segmentation.
• Oversee the patient journey mapping and channel strategy.
• Drive integrated patient campaigns from concept to launch and optimization.
• Develop patient education materials, onboarding resources, and support programs.
• Define launch readiness plans and ensure campaigns and materials are ready before approval.
• Collaborate with HCP Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory for compliant messaging.
