Job summary

The role emphasizes leading a launch-focused, cross-functional effort with a strong emphasis on measurement, optimization and patient experience. This is a leadership position with a focus on strategic impact and program execution across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in U.S. patient marketing, minimum of 3 years in leadership.
• Experience supporting a successful product launch in an Immunology specialty or rare disease area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. patient marketing strategy, segmentation, journey mapping and channel strategy.
• Translate patient insights into messaging and initiatives for each stage of the journey.
• Oversee development and execution of integrated patient campaigns to drive awareness, diagnosis, treatment initiation and adherence.
• Develop patient education materials, onboarding resources and support programs (e.g., affordability, hub services).
• Define the DTC media strategy and investment approach with agency partners.
• Oversee patient support programs, affordability and adherence initiatives.
• Lead launch readiness planning and ensure materials and programs are ready pre-approval.
• Partner with HCP Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Legal and Regulatory for compliant patient messaging.
• Manage the patient and media agencies of record and ensure launch-ready execution.
• Define KPIs and measurement framework to track reach, engagement and performance.
