The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biopharma, strong leadership, and a track record translating clinical data into compelling value stories, with deep FDA regulatory knowledge and agency management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive biopharma commercial experience.
• Immunology or dermatology market experience.
• Leadership of launch HCP Promotion and Peer-to-Peer marketing.
• Experience with competitive launch environments.
• Deep familiarity with FDA promotional regulations and governance.
• Proven success building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling value stories.
• Experience managing top-tier agencies and sizable marketing budgets.
• Executive presence with confidence engaging senior leadership.
• Track record of effective cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to US marketing vision and brand strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Lead US pre-launch strategy and launch readiness for market entry.
• Oversee US peer-to-peer engagement strategies.
• Drive insight-based decision making with measurable impact.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Legal for compliant programs.
• Engage external agencies and manage marketing investment with financial discipline.
• Provide senior marketing leadership input on US planning and growth decisions.
