Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Director of Marketing US to shape and execute the US peer-to-peer and HCP promotional strategy. You will translate clinical data and market insights into compliant, omnichannel engagement plans and drive launch readiness across channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies and budgets, and partner with regulatory and legal to ensure strategic alignment. Strong leadership and biopharma launch experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree (MBA/PhD/PharmD/MD) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive biopharma commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to US marketing strategy across lifecycle aligned with clinical stage and commercial objectives.
• Lead pre-launch and launch readiness including positioning and messaging.
• Oversee peer-to-peer and HCP engagement strategies in the US.
• Drive insight-based decision making with customer and market data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Legal.
• Manage external agencies and marketing budgets with rigor and accountability.
• Provide senior leadership input on US marketing planning and growth.
