Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Director of Customer and Market Insights to partner with Commercial, delivering market, patient, payer, and competitive insights for launch readiness and ongoing performance.

This role will guide brand strategy, go-to-market planning, market access, and customer engagement across a major dermatology launch, leveraging primary and secondary data to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Lifesciences insights/strategy.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI; data visualization skills.
• Basic coding knowledge (SQL, Python) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the BI strategy to support launch readiness, commercial planning, and long-term brand growth.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research programmes to generate actionable insights across HCPs, patients, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations that shape brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and market access.
• Build patient journey, customer segmentation, and market landscape frameworks to identify opportunities and barriers to adoption.
• Lead competitive intelligence activities, assessing market, clinical, access, and commercial developments and their implications for the brand.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, and Analytics teams to embed insights into planning and decisions.
• Develop launch readiness metrics and commercial KPIs to guide actions.
• Utilize primary and secondary data, claims data, and analytics to understand prescriber behavior and market opportunities.
• Identify new data sources and analytical approaches to enhance decision-making.
• Lead vendor selection, partnerships, budget governance, and project delivery.
