Reworld Waste is seeking a Head of Transportation to lead the enterprise fleet strategy, governance, and operational excellence across regions. You will drive route optimization, fleet reliability, and regulatory compliance while balancing sustainability goals with business needs.

The role reports to the EVP, Operations, and requires heavy collaboration with procurement, EHS, and regional teams. Location flexibility includes HQ in Florham Park, NJ, with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in transportation/logistics, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within waste/logistics or similar.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and fleet maintenance best practices.
• Experience with fleet management software, telematics, and route optimization.

• Drive fleet reliability programs and route optimization to reduce emissions.
