Toole Design in Austin, TX seeks a seasoned transportation professional to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice, combining leadership with active project delivery.

As Practice Lead, you will mentor engineers and planners, shape the firm’s technical direction, and drive business development while collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to advance client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning.
• Experience leading integrated engineering and planning teams.
• PE preferred; PTOE and/or AICP credentials are a plus.
• Proven success in business development and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice.
• Guide technical direction and maintain project delivery quality.
