Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes total rewards strategies and programs.
• Leads planning, analysis, and implementation of compensation and benefits offerings.
• Oversees salary structures, budgets, and policy administration.
• Provides advisory support on promotions, transfers and job offers to executives.
• Manages relationships with vendors and external consultants.
• Oversees audits for benefits, 401(k) and ACA reporting.
• Ensures compliance with salary administration guidelines.
