Job summary

Veho is hiring a senior leader to own Talent, Total Rewards, and People Analytics for a fast-growing logistics platform. You will shape programs, performance standards, and compensation, while building scalable systems and AI-enabled processes across a roughly six-person team.

As a strategic partner, you’ll connect hiring, onboarding, and development to business outcomes, using data to drive retention and growth in a high-velocity environment. This role offers equity exposure and broad impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years experience in business operations or program management, with programs improving company performance.
• End-to-end execution of major company-wide initiatives, independently or with experts.
• Connected talent mindset: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and compensation form a single loop.

Responsibilities

• Define talent quality and roadmap; measure team quality and address gaps.
• Lead hiring-to-development loop with onboarding and first 90 days feedback.
• Design performance reviews, calibrations, and growth standards for managers.
• Finalize and maintain compensation structure, job levels, and merit guidelines.
• Oversee HRIS, data accuracy, dashboards, and AI/automation initiatives.
• Manage a team of about six across Total Rewards, Experience, Systems, AI, and Analytics.
