Veo seeks a Head of People to guide talent strategy, leadership development, and people operations. You will partner with the Co-Founders and executives to drive ridership, organize scalable practices, and ensure a thriving employee experience in a fast-growing company.

This role is based on-site at Veo's Santa Monica HQ four days a week. You'll lead Talent Acquisition, organizational design, and total rewards, while leveraging HR analytics to shape decisions that impact performance and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR and People leadership.
• Experience leading a distributed workforce in a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
