Veho is seeking a Principal, Talent Business Partner to help engineering and product teams become industry leaders. You will challenge leaders, turn talent decisions into business results, and raise performance standards across our fast-growing organization.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to plan for future talent needs, address organizational design challenges, and build scalable people programs from the ground up in a dynamic tech-enabled environment.

Competenze

• 8–12 years of experience in HR/People functions, with 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product leadership on talent strategy and organizational design.
• Strong analytics with people data to inform organizational and talent decisions.
• Experience building scalable People programs or practices from the ground up.
