Job summary

In this role you will source top talent, craft compelling technical pitches, onboard new hires, and help establish performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems. This is a full-time on-site position with relocation/visa support for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring engineering, product, and GTM roles.
• Ability to evaluate portfolios/projects, not just resumes.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines.
• Keen sense for talent quality and standards.
• Startup experience and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting ops and tooling, automating workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Develop understanding of our product to effectively pitch candidates.
• Source top candidates through high-signal channels.
• Screen candidates for technical competence and product/market fit.
• Support onboarding and new hire ramp.
• Help define and run performance review processes, leveling, and feedback.
