Job summary

HUD is hiring a Recruiter to hire strong engineers and GTM leaders so we can keep up with our rapid growth. You will own end-to-end recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles in a fast-paced startup setting.

We’re aiming for a lean, high-signal team of about 30-40 people in the end. Partner with founders to define role requirements and interview processes, assess portfolios and projects, and build recruiting ops.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring engineering, product and GTM roles.
• Comfort with evaluating portfolios and projects, not just resumes.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting ops and tooling, automating workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Develop understanding of our product to pitch candidates effectively.
• Source candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels.
• Screen for both technical competence and product/market intuition.
