Responsibilities

• Define, drive and own the talent acquisition strategy for the Global GTM organization.
• Partner with the CRO and GTM leaders to align hiring with business priorities.
• Lead a multi-tier global recruiting team and improve velocity, quality of hire, and pipeline.
• Integrate AI tools and modern TA tech into sourcing, workflows, and enablement.
