Job summary

Henry North is a specialist search firm placing talent across material handling equipment and industrial automation. You’ll own the delivery side, leading the account management and recruiting teams, and reporting to the co-founders.

You’ll drive client renewals, coach the delivery team, and shape scalable processes. This role requires proven leadership, hands-on delivery, data-driven decision-making, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a recruiting or staffing delivery team.
• Hands-on delivery experience: you’ve worked reqs and managed accounts yourself.
• Comfort owning client relationships at a senior level, including renewals and difficult conversations.
• Fluency in recruiting metrics and the ability to turn data into action.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you adapt quickly, solve problems without a playbook, and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own client delivery and retention.
• Lead account management across our client base, serving as the senior point of contact behind each account lead.
• Join client calls, run account reviews, and keep our long-standing relationships strong.
• Drive renewals and growth on our recurring reserve-model partnerships.
• Carry a select set of your own accounts and requisitions.
• Lead and develop the recruiting team.
• Manage the day-to-day: req reviews, daily huddles, 1:1s, and candidate reviews.
• Set and manage to performance metrics, using dashboards to drive the right behaviors.
• Run training, coach to results, and handle action plans when needed.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for the delivery team.
• Protect and build a culture people want to be part of.
• Shape the business: growth planning, forecasting, and strategy.
• Build and refine the processes that let us scale delivery without losing quality.
• Be a voice in the industry: Represent Henry North at industry events and in your content.
