American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across our multi-location organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades, sales, offices, and management roles, partnering with HR and hiring managers to build pipelines and drive growth.

The role emphasizes hard-to-fill positions, vendor management, and maintaining compliant, data-driven recruiting processes. On-site, with occasional travel to company locations and career events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including 2+ years in a lead/management role.
• Experience with hard-to-fill skilled trades and high-volume recruiting is a plus.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or AIRS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop hiring plans with leaders; set clear role expectations.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies for skilled trades and technical roles.
• Build long-term pipelines with schools, apprenticeships, military programs, and community partners.
• Coach recruiters and coordinators; manage ATS/HRIS and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and pay transparency.
• Train managers on effective interviewing and maintain recruitment budgets.
