Henry is seeking a Director of Account Management to own one of its largest enterprise partnerships in the U.S., rolling Henry out office by office. You’ll drive the relationship end-to-end, shape strategy, and build the account management function as it scales.

You'll work on-site in NYC with frequent travel, embedding with CRE executives to tailor Henry’s platform to their capital markets and leasing needs, delivering measurable ROI and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience across commercial real estate and consulting.
• Experience inside a global CRE brokerage preferred.
• Owned customer relationships with revenue impact and growth.
• Able to build the account plan, cadence, and ROI case.

Responsabilités

• Own the enterprise account end to end: scope, launch, expansion, renewal.
• Define and build Henry's enterprise account management motion.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with executives and teams to grow the partnership.
• Travel to Henry offices and client sites; operate with autonomy and speed.
