Qualifications

• Over 10 years in talent acquisition with leadership through growth.
• Built or rebuilt hiring functions with measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and scaling capability.
• Experience partnering with executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Define and own CodePath's talent acquisition strategy and workforce plan.
• Build and scale a high-performing TA team across recruiters and sourcers.
• Own the interview process, rubrics, scorecards, and governance to ensure signal at every stage.
