CodePath, a national leader in educating college computer science students, is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent & People Operations. This 100% remote U.S.

role reports to the Head of People and drives end-to-end fellow lifecycle management, from screening through employment, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled process improvement. You will lead a small, scalable team, optimize recruiting for high-volume cohorts, and partner with program managers to ensure a smooth, compliant experience for

Qualifications

• 5+ years across recruiting and HR or people operations
• Experience managing people and contractors
• Experience with high-volume or early-talent hiring and HR operations
• Ability to use AI in workflows; familiarity with ATS/HRIS
• Strong candidate experience and program-building mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead the pod: manage the fractional recruiters and HR coordinators; set priorities and growth targets.
• Own screening and selection: manage funnel from application review through offer.
• Own employer-of-record lifecycle: offers, e-sign, background checks, payroll setup, benefits, onboarding.
• Use AI to automate repetitive recruiting/HR tasks: scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding docs, multi-state compliance, reporting.
• Co-own employee relations and performance with program management.
• Build scalable systems: standardize workflows, SLAs, multi-state compliance, and handoffs with partners.
