Job summary

CodePath Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent & People Operations to lead a pod of early-talent recruiters and fractional HR coordinators. You will own screening through offer, manage the employer-of-record lifecycle, and drive AI-enabled efficiencies to scale operations for 100 to 10,000 fellows.

You will report to the Head of People and work fully remote within the United States, with a compensation range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across recruiting and HR or people operations, including time owning both
• Led teams or managed contractors/shared services/fractional support
• Experience in high-volume or early-talent hiring and HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding)
• Familiar with AI in work processes; automation or rebuilding workflows
• Comfort with ATS/HRIS configuration, workflow automation, and prompting
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the pod and manage recruiters and HR coordinators.
• Own screening, selection, and offer processes per program rubric.
• Own employer-of-record lifecycle: offers, background checks, payroll setup, onboarding, benefits.
• Automate repetitive recruiting/HR tasks with AI; manage candidate communications.
• Co-own employee relations and performance with program management.
• Build scalable, repeatable HR processes for cohort growth.
