Job summary

CodePath is expanding its team and seeking a senior leader to own the talent acquisition engine. You will define strategy, build a scalable TA function, and partner with senior leadership to shape hiring across the company.

You will own end-to-end processes, employer branding, and KPIs to ensure fast, high-quality hires while maintaining rigorous standards. This is a 100% remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record building or scaling a TA function.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics and decision signals.
• Able to partner with executives and hiring managers.
• Experience using recruitment tech like Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on leader who can work inside a team.
• Experience hiring across technical and non-technical functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own CodePath's talent acquisition strategy.
• Scale the TA team and build recruiting processes.
• Own the hiring system including rubrics, stages, and scorecards.
• Partner with executives on role definitions and budgets.
• Own employer brand and candidate pipelines.
• Deliver recruiting outcomes across the organization.
