YipitData is seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function across the US. You will inherit an established team, drive strategic change, and build scalable processes with a data-driven approach.

You’ll partner with People and business leaders to elevate hiring outcomes, manage executive searches, and shape the TA roadmap for growth. This role offers remote-friendly work within the United States and potential NY-style tax considerations depending on location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leading recruiting teams in high-growth organizations.
• Experience inheriting and transforming an existing recruiting function or operating model.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple functions including senior/executive roles.
• Strong data-driven judgment to identify root causes and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of roughly seven recruiting professionals.
• Partner with People and business leaders to improve hiring clarity, speed, and accountability.
• Define and execute a strategic TA roadmap and drive adoption of new processes.
• Provide oversight for senior-level and executive searches with stakeholder engagement.
