Job summary

The Hill is seeking a Senior Director, Subscriptions & Lifecycle Strategy to build and scale the Hill Insider from scratch. You will own the P&L, set pricing and offers, and lead lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, renewal, and win-back.

You will partner with revenue, product, and editorial teams to craft experiences that convert readers into long-term paying members, leveraging MarTech and analytics to drive ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in subscription growth or lifecycle strategy.
• Experience owning growth targets in digital products.
• Fluency in key subscription metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and subscriber growth targets for Hill Insider.
• Set pricing, packaging, and offers in collaboration with leaders.
• Define lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, and renewal.
• Translate subscriber behavior into product decisions and roadmap.
