Job summary

GNC is seeking a Director of eCommerce, Subscriptions to own and accelerate the growth of our subscription business across ecommerce and retail channels. You’ll lead with a general-manager mindset, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue while delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology, you’ll shape a best-in-class subscription program that deepens loyalty and recurring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading ecommerce/subscription or retention programs is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build simple financial models.
• Proven ability to influence across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the subscription business end-to-end across ecommerce and retail.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for onboarding, renewal, and churn reduction.
• Own weekly/monthly subscription reporting and translate data into action.
• Lead cross-functional teams with a GM mindset to drive growth and ROI.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.
