Job summary

McAfee seeks a Director of Growth to lead the Product organization focused on customer and business growth for a global, direct-to-consumer subscription business. You will own the customer commerce funnel: conversion, monetization, and retention across multiple channels.

The role requires obsession with customer experience, strong experimentation and segmentation thinking, and deep knowledge of subscription economics (ARPU, LTV, churn).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success driving full-funnel growth from acquisition to retention.
• Experience leading growth PM teams and partnering with marketing, payments, finance and legal.
• Fluent in subscription economics: conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and translate into a prioritized quarterly roadmap.
• Build and scale experimentation engine with fast learn-and-ship cadence.
• Optimize purchase experiences across desktop/mobile and channels.
• Lead pricing, offers, and packaging tests to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through onsite and in-app interventions.
• Mentor the Growth team and develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, payments, data, and finance.
