Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Space Management, Planning and Occupancy to provide strategic design direction across client accounts and drive governance, tools, and processes. You will lead Revit transitions, develop scalable design templates, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace and retail solutions.

You will manage a large design team, mentor design managers, and align occupancy planning with capital planning and FF&E initiatives,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate or related field required; or BA + Interior Design cert.
NCIDQ certification preferred.
7+ years in corporate real estate, workplace, or design environment.
5–10 years of management experience leading design teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic design leadership across client accounts and ensure standards.
Lead design governance, workflow, QA, and multi-team coordination.
Oversee Revit implementation, tech transitions, and design innovation.
Develop scalable design processes, templates, and workplace standards.
Mentor large design team and oversee workload planning and growth.
