Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Space Management, Planning & Occupancy in Colorado to lead a team responsible for space, occupancy planning, and data management across the client portfolio. You will ensure alignment with real estate strategy, drive SLA/KPI delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize space utilization and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Project or Construction Management) required.
7+ Years Experience in Occupancy Planning or Strategic Planning
Experience leading a team and coordinating with client relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the overall planning and development of new spatial activities and current projects.
Collaborate with account leadership, service lines and client representatives on staffing and relationships.
Prepare operational presentations and reports on space pipeline, progress and opportunities; conduct client and team meetings.
Assist in vendor selection, advise client on recommendations, evaluate site proposals and ensure project completion.
Ensure compliance with core program standards and standardized Cushman & Wakefield tools and outputs.
Demonstrate proactive solutioning and drive improvements in processes, tools and service delivery.
Oversee space planning proposals, site assessments for space efficiencies and occupancy metrics.
Direct delivery of relocations, restacks, renovations and consolidations.
