• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, or marketplace operations with exposure to technology implementation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry dynamics.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and AI to drive strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated success working across organizations to implement complex initiatives.
• Ability to create and articulate compelling long-term strategies while delivering short-term results.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Head Sourcing Operations: lead a team of 20+ sourcing specialists and managers to drive margin and efficiency.
• Drive Sourcing Strategy: define and execute tech and operation strategies for growth and profitability.
• Lead AI Innovation: collaborate with technology teams to enhance AI-powered matching algorithms.
• Enhance Profitability: input on pricing and partnerships to improve gross margins.
• Optimize Partner Network Performance: evaluate performance across partners and geographies to inform strategy.
• Manage Cross-Functional Initiatives: collaborate with product, engineering, sales and operations to project manage new initiatives.
