Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and lead the development of Sourcing and the Job Board. You will align matching and marketplace-liquidity strategies with margin and growth objectives, shaping the product direction and driving key KPIs.

You will collaborate with Pricing and ML teams, influence pricing direction, and mentor PMs across Partner Experience, operating autonomously as a senior contributor in Lexington, KY hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces or similar domains.
• Direct experience building two-sided marketplace mechanics (supply-demand matching, liquidity, ranking, or recommendations).
• Proven track record shipping complex, high-scale features with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner with ML and Pricing teams and influence models without owning them.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and Job Board.
• Drive design and evolution of matching and recommendation engine and prioritization logic.
• Own the job acceptance funnel end to end, increasing views, accepts and feedback-driven improvements.
• Serve as the primary product voice to exec leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead adoption of new matching logic through experimentation and rollout.
