Xometry in Waltham, MA is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and lead the development of Sourcing and the Job Board. This role focuses on matching partner capabilities with jobs, optimizing marketplace margin, and driving liquidity by affecting how partners see and accept offers.

You'll define a multi-year vision, collaborate with Pricing and ML teams, and guide a senior team to improve time-to-take and match quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces or related fields.
• Experience building two-sided marketplace mechanics (supply-demand matching, liquidity, ranking, or recommendations).
• Proven success shipping complex, high-scale features with measurable business impact.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to reason about algorithmic systems and data.
• Ability to partner with ML and Pricing teams without owning them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Autonomous, senior individual contributor with ownership of a major domain.
• Nice to have: exposure to dynamic pricing, manufacturing or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board.
• Drive design and evolution of the matching engine and priority scheduling logic.
• Own the end-to-end job acceptance funnel from discovery to uptake.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Machine Learning teams to influence strategy.
• Balance objectives across performance, margin and quality with principled tradeoffs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs defining marketplace health and surface high-leverage opportunities.
• Ground decisions in behavioral data and partner feedback.
• Drive adoption of new matching logic through experimentation and rollout.
• Provide technical product leadership and mentor PMs across Partner Experience.
• Serve as the primary product voice to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
