Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces.
• Experience shipping high-scale marketplace features with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to reason about data and models.
• Ability to partner with ML and pricing teams without owning them.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision and roadmap for Sourcing and Job Board.
• Design and evolve matching and recommendation engine and prioritization logic.
• Drive job acceptance funnel from discovery to take.
• Collaborate with Pricing and ML teams on strategy; not owning pricing.
• Balance partner performance, margin, and quality through principled tradeoffs.
• Define and monitor KPIs like margin, time-to-take, and liquidity.
• Lead adoption of new matching logic via experiments and rollout.
• Provide technical product leadership across Partner Experience.
• Represent Sourcing and Job Board to execs and stakeholders.
