Okta is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team serving State, Local and Higher Education accounts across the United States. You will drive strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Sales to accelerate growth while ensuring customer success with Okta's identity platform.

Qualifications

12+ years Pre-Sales experience with 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or mathematics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Solution Engineers across SLED accounts.
Own the business impact of the team with proposals, demonstrations and value validation.
Participate in on-site deal support to help close opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales and other Pre-Sales teams to drive unified execution.
Recruit, ramp, and mentor diverse Solution Engineers.
