Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead our North America presales organization, spanning solutions architects, demo engineers, and value engineers across segments. You will align with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to optimize win rates and retention.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, scale playbooks and POV workflows, and drive strategic executive engagements to shape product direction and customer success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years in senior-level people management.
• Proven track record driving revenue across diverse customers and technologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define NA Solution Consulting vision and build a scalable org with Solutions Architects, demo engineers, and value engineers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction and revenue retention.
• Build playbooks, POV workflows, and reference architectures adopted across the field organization.
• Hire and mentor top talent to execute at the highest level.
• Lead executive-level engagements and complex deal strategy to maximize ARR and NRR.
