EXA AI is seeking a Solutions Architect leader in San Francisco to build and guide the Solutions Architecture team. You will own the technical win in presales, perform demos, run POCs, and guide competitive evaluations to close new business.
You will hire the first SAs, set operating standards, and grow the team as the business expands. This player-coach role requires hands-on ability to craft demos, review architectures, and step into critical deals when needed.
Qualifikationen
- Several years of hands-on programming experience at the level of the SAs you will hire.
- 5+ years in presales or technical sales, including leading SA teams.
- Track record of hiring strong technical people.
- Clear communication with CTOs, engineers and executives, and partnership with Sales.
Aufgaben
- Build the SF-based SA team: hire first Solutions Architects and raise the bar as it grows.
- Own the technical win with Sales leadership, coaching on discovery, demos, POCs and evaluations.
- Drive metrics: revenue closed, pipeline, win rate, and time to win; set targets and coach weekly.
- Join strategic deals to review architectures and win competitive bake-offs.
- Generate pipeline with Marketing through webinars, content, demos, events.
