ExaWe in San Francisco is seeking a leader to build and head the Solutions Architecture team. You’ll own the technical win in presales, run discovery, demos, workshops, POCs and competitive evaluations that win new business. You’ll hire the first SAs, set how the team works, and grow it as the business grows.

You’re measured on the new revenue your team helps close. This is a player-coach role at a fast-growing AI company.

Formación

• Several years of hands-on programming experience at the SA level
• 5+ years in presales or technical sales, including leading SA teams
• Track record of hiring strong technical people
• Clear communication with CTOs, engineers, and executives
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events

Responsabilidades

• Build the SA team in San Francisco: hire the first Solutions Architects and maintain high standards
• Own the technical win in partnership with Sales leadership, coaching on discovery, demos, POCs and evaluations
• Drive SA metrics: revenue closed, pipeline generated, win rate, POC conversion, time to win; set targets and coach weekly
• Join strategic evaluations and review architectures in key deals to win competitive bake-offs
• Drive pipeline generation with Marketing through webinars, content, demo apps and events
• Build the SA playbook: discovery guides, demo environments, reference architectures, and handoffs to field engineers
• Provide feedback to Product by ranking product gaps based on pipeline and revenue impact
