Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Social and Influencer to lead how our brand shows up across our channels and with creators.

Reporting to the VP of Brand, this player-coach will own organic social and influencer strategy through execution, guiding a current team while staying hands-on with the work. You’ll spot trends, shape content, and measure impact by connecting culture to business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience building and managing social and influencer programs in DTC/CPG wellness.
• Experience leading and developing a team while staying hands-on.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and internet culture.

Aufgaben

• Own the social and influencer strategy, team, budget, and performance.
• Define organic social strategy: pillars, voice, visual identity, franchises.
• Spot trends and translate cultural moments into content.
• Direct creative production with designers, editors, creators.
• Use social performance and feedback to refine approach.
• Own creator strategy across seeding, paid partnerships, and ambassador programs.
• Build an engine that generates content, word of mouth, revenue impact.
• Oversee creator sourcing, briefing, and relationships from micro to mega.
• Develop a whitelisting pipeline with Meta and Spark Ads with growth team.
• Build tooling and reporting to drive quality, speed, and scale.
