Everyday Dose seeks an experienced Director of Social & Influencer to lead brand presence across our channels and creator partners. Reporting to the VP of Brand, this leader blends culture, creativity, community, and growth to drive measurable impact.

This player-coach will spot trends, build long-term creator relationships, and translate cultural moments into content that elevates our wellness brand. Strong leadership and hands-on execution are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and managing social/influencer programs, ideally in DTC/CPG wellness.
• Experience leading and developing a team while staying hands-on.
• Track record building organic social around a clear content strategy.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and internet culture.
• Strong instincts for culture, creativity, and engaging content.
• Experience with seeding/ambassador programs (100+ roster).
• Understanding of creator ecosystem; sourcing, negotiating, relationships.
• Experience with paid creator amplification and CAC/performance mindset.
• Strong analytical skills linking social/influencer activity to business outcomes.
• Collaborative, low-ego, cross-functional teamwork.
• Self-starter who sets strategy and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own social and influencer strategy, team, budget, and performance.
• Define organic social strategy, pillars, voice, and visual identity.
• Spot trends and translate culture into high-performing content.
• Direct creative production with designers, editors, and creators.
• Use performance data and feedback to refine approach.
• Own creator strategy across seeding, paid partnerships, and ambassadors.
• Build scalable content engine for word-of-mouth and revenue.
• Oversee creator sourcing, briefing, and relationship management.
• Develop a whitelisting pipeline with Meta and Spark Ads.
• Build tooling, processes, and reporting for quality, speed, scale.
