Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. seeks a Director of Social & Influencer to lead how our brand shows up across our channels and with creators.

You will own both organic social and influencer programs from strategy through execution, guiding a team while staying hands-on to craft compelling content that drives measurable business results. You’ll spot trends, build creator relationships, and connect efforts to growth, CAC, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and managing social and influencer programs, ideally in DTC/CPG wellness.
• Experience leading and developing a team while staying hands-on.
• Track record building organic social around a clear content strategy.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the visual language of internet culture.
• Experience with paid creator amplification and CAC-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the social and influencer strategy, team, budget, and performance, continually raising the bar across both.
• Define our organic social strategy, including content pillars, voice and visual identity, and recurring franchises.
• Spot trends and translate moments into high-performing content.
• Direct creative production with designers, editors, and creators to keep content flowing.
• Use performance data and cultural feedback to sharpen the approach over time.
• Own creator strategy across seeding, paid partnerships, whitelisting, and ambassador programs.
• Build and scale an engine that generates content, word of mouth, and measurable revenue.
• Oversee creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and relationship management from micro to mega.
• Develop a whitelisting pipeline—including Meta and Spark Ads—in partnership with growth.
• Build tooling, processes, and reporting to drive quality, speed, and scale.
