Job summary

Acceleration Partners seeks a Director of Influencer Strategy to lead the influencer discipline and shape how AP goes to market with influencer programs. This senior, externally-facing role collaborates across sales, client services, and delivery to win new business and deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has deep fluency in brand-awareness and affiliate influencer spaces, strong business instincts, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure strategy translates into

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing with strategy or new business exposure.
• Strong ability to build and present influencer strategies in a client-facing context.
• Deep knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystem across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack).
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Define influencer strategy for proposals and RFPs, partnering with sales and delivery.
• Create audience insights, competitive analysis, and messaging frameworks for proposals.
• Support program launches with strategic foundations that delivery executes against.
• Add narrative context to client reports and drive opportunities for upsell.
• Contribute to AP’s external marketing and thought leadership.
