Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, and on-site hosting, collaborating with CEO and account teams. The role requires at least 6+ years in marketing with 4+ in B2B events and involves travel to the US and abroad.

The position is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Experience producing invitation-only executive events for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers; international/destination events.
• Bachelor's degree required; based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by CEO or leaders.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists with commercial teams and ABM.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality and vendors.
• Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline in CRM.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
