BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and manage invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, working with the CEO and senior teams.

The role is remote with US/Canada bases, strong travel to the US and abroad, and a focus on driving meetings and pipeline through executive events. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• Experience running US-based B2B events and international/destination events.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or leaders.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and ABM for target accounts.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influence.
• Build annual calendar and repeatable playbook for events.
• Travel regularly to host US and international events.
