Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. Based in the US or Canada, the role covers end-to-end event concepts, venues, budgets, and on-site hosting, with regular travel to the US and abroad, hosted by our CEO and senior teams.

You will track ROI, build a repeatable playbook, and align with marketing and sales to grow client engagement and opportunities with target accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred; advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists, and coordinate with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting with cost control.
• Measure results by meetings and pipeline influenced, and report ROI to leadership.
• Create annual playbooks and repeatable formats for future events.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
