Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budget, contracts, and on-site hosting, with events from private dinners to suite experiences.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in marketing, 4+ years in B2B events, and a Bachelor's degree. Based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with frequent travel to the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international/destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.
• Bachelor's degree required:

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or account teams.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure event ROI by attendees and pipeline influence in CRM and leadership reports.
• Create a repeatable playbook and calendar for annual signature events.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF week in Davos.
