BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, invitations, budget, contracts, and on-site hosting, measuring ROI through meetings and pipeline.

The role is remote, US/Canada based (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced English essential.

Competenze

• 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international/destination events.
• Experience producing events with a CEO or senior executive as host and managing guest lists.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
