Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, reporting ROI to marketing and sales leadership.

Based in the US or Canada, with regular travel to the US and abroad, you will lead end-to-end events such as private dinners during global forums and exclusive experiences at major events. Strong English required and Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events with a CEO or senior executive host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by C-level executives.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and ABM to target accounts.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues and agencies.
• Measure ROI by attendees and pipeline and report to leadership.
• Build an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
