Job summary
Cribl is hiring for a senior enablement leader to drive revenue enablement across segments in a remote‑first environment. The role focuses on building scalable enablement programs, coaching frontline managers, and embedding best practices like MEDDPICC and value-based selling into onboarding and deal reviews.
You will partner with product marketing, sales, CS, and partners to align messaging and enablement across revenue roles.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in revenue enablement, sales leadership, or sales productivity at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Experience building enablement for multiple segments or regions.
- Hands-on experience with value-based sales methodology (Force Management).
- Proven ability to tie enablement to business results (ramp, pipeline, ARR).
Responsibilities
- Set the segment enablement strategy and annual/quarterly plans.
- Lead a team of segment enablement leads and coach top talent.
- Embed selling best practices into onboarding, deals reviews, and coaching.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and enablement for revenue roles.
- Track leading indicators across the customer lifecycle and optimize programs.
