Job summary

Avalara, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Product Management for SAP Integrations & Tax Technology. You will lead a team of Connector Product Managers and Tax Technologists to own strategy, delivery, and successful SAP-related deployments across our tax technology platform.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will shape the vision for SAP ecosystem integrations and ensure roadmaps create measurable business value while collaborating with engineering, TPMs, partner teams, and support to

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, tax technology, or software integrations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong leadership of senior contributors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Tax Technologists.
• Define and drive SAP connector roadmaps and POR.
• Ensure real-world implementation success with customer and partner teams.
• Bridge gaps between product scope, engineering, and deployment realities.
• Own KPIs and leadership dashboards for SAP integration outcomes.
• Engage with customers and partners to align roadmaps with SAP ecosystems.
