Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports.
• 10+ years as a Salesforce leader who has managed a team of admins and developers.
• 5+ years' experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platform.
• Expertise in at least two of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce implementation achievements.
• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including evaluations and negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information and present insights.
• Excellent verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Track record of timely problem resolution and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and administrators to deliver Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize Salesforce and MuleSoft-based business processes from concept to implementation.
• Provide deep technical expertise in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions; collaborate with Enterprise/Solution architects.
• Drive agile practices using Jira to manage requirements, backlog, and testing.
• Hire, coach, and mentor team members to achieve high performance and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations including change/release management and DevOps.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; develop business cases and program plans.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and drive teams toward measurable success.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and third-party app integrations.
